4gb for price of 2gb offer (not received addition 2gb)

Hello, I joined EE with the intention of looking for a deal. I purchased the 4gb for 2gb deal, however, I was previously advised that when my initial 2gb had been used, the additional 2gb would be added to my account. This seems to have not been the case. Can I get some advice please? Thanks

Yes that is correct and should happen, if not then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
