4g

My partner and I have both just lived to EE, my 3G works fine but hers just does not work. Can someone please help

Welcome to the EE Community. 

 

Is it 4G or 3G that is not working?

 

What phone does your partner have?

 

Please ensure 4G is enabled within the settings. 

 

I would also recommend trying your SIM in the device to see if this issue occurs for you.
