4g in the EU

I’m in Portugal and should have 4G data in the EU in my contract but I’m not getting any? Any idea what I need to do to enable my data?

@Amy95  4G is a network type connection so do you have 3G showing on the device ?

do you have any signal showing on the device?

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a lovely time in Portugal so far. 🙂

 

Are you able to use your phone at all? Please follow the advice above. If you're still not getting connected, try manually selecting a different available network:

 

Device type Actions
iPhone Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic
Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
