4g has suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 7 using pay as go sim?

I have an iPhone 7 using pay as you go sim. Never had any problems until yesterday where 4G suddenly won’t work?  Have topped up so has £12.65 credit, have checked cellular data is on, have reset network settings and done latest update and still no apps or pages will load using 4G?

Hi @Jodie2401

 

  • When was the last time you made a chargeable call or text? 
  • Can you call people ok? 
  • Have you checked your local network for issues via EE network checker?

Thanks for this but I can make calls ok and I have 2 other contract phones with EE which seem to be working absolutely fine on 4G?
