4g connection non runner

Hi all,

 

my iPhone 6+ has always run of wifi or 4g connection

 

now all of sudden I only have 3G and can only access internet when on wifi!

 

ive tried the aeroplane trick, reset network settings but still the same

 

my area is 4g area and people In same house has it

 

help much appreciated

@Wolves2727   Have you tried a network reset on the device? 

 

Goto Settings>Reset>Reset Network Setting.   The device will reboot and you will need to put your wifi passwords back on the device after this.

I've completed network reset sadly and still same issue 😞

@Wolves2727  Go to Settings>Mobile Data>Mobile Data Options>Enable 4G.   Is that set to Voice and Data ?

My data is set to voice and date on 4g

everywhere within a 15mile radius at present
