My 4g and the general signal is no longer working on my i phone 8. Please, could someone advise me on how to fix this, thanks!

Yes, it states there is a service problem in our area. However, this hasn't affected any other members of my family are on ee; their 4g and signal are both working.

@jackbareau Have you tried a network reset on the device? Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will need to put your WiFi passwords back on the device after this.

@jackbareau Have you at any point had a different network SIM card in the device?
