4g and bars on j3 problem help

My J3 2016 had a software update a few days ago now I am having problems with the 4g and no connection and also having difficulties with one game I have played for ages help

Hi LeanneI don't know about other areas I'm in London right near the city and yes I have tried everything I've rebooted and done a factory reset and nothing seems to work

Are you able to access data on the phone?

 

Also, are you able to try your SIM in a different phone to see if the same happens?

Hi Leanne I can get data but I have to put my phone in 3g basically it's one game that I have been playing for ages that I can't get into I haven't tried putting my sim in another phone but I have one I can try but it doesn't have 4g capability

Hi Leanne yes it's the one game I get into it but then it throws me out and says ghost town has stopped and either ok or report I have been in touch with the game developers and they are saying to me that it needs Internet access which I said I had or failing that WiFi which I don't have access to I also rang EE last week and told them the problems I was having and they were supposed to be getting back to me I still have the problem that I am still having to use 3g instead of 4g Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
