4G not working

I am having trouble using my 4G. It is not working while using any apps however does work with iMessage. I have turned on and off reset network settings but still no luck. I have been on another forum and clicked a link to see if the 4G works when checking the amount of data I have. Could someone please help

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.


To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
