4G not working

I have gone onto my EE profile online because I am having 4G issues. (4G is showing on my phone but not working. I have checked carrier settings plus turned phone on and off.

Just moved to EE from O2 so as I can use my apple watch cellular.

Shocked to find I can't speak to anyone on a Saturday morning!

When I got onto my EE profile on the internet, I turned my 4G off. Now I cannot turn it back on. Please help?

My EE 4G is shocking and has been non existent since I moved over a few days ago. Initial impressions of EE - not good at all.

I have completed a network reset and also checked network coverage in my area - saying no issues.

Re: 4G not working

@Graham1983  You can speak to customer services on a Saturday but don’t forget like you that don’t work 24hours.

Is this device the device you used with O2 ?   If it is have you deleted the O2 profile from the device that’s stopping the cellular connection  ?  You’ll  find this in Settings at the bottom.

Re: 4G not working

@Graham1983  If you open Settings then General and scroll to the bottom   do you see something like this

Ignore the writing to the right of this that says ios 12 beta as yours or not so that

Are you able to make calls?

As @Chris_B has asked, do you have data turned on within the settings?

Go to Settings > Mobile Data.
