4G not working

4G has not worked on my iPhone for over 3 weeks. I've reset my network settings several times. I have more than enough data on my plan and am in good 4G zones. I've tried turning my phone on and off too. It has been a blanket outage for me all over London (West, City, South West etc). My iOS version is up to date too.

 

I've called EE and they have admitted there is an issue with the masts around my house but this does not explain why the 4G is not working anywhere else for me.

 

Please can someone help?

Please can I get you to try a full backup and restore of the device to see if this helps.
