4G not working on I-pad

Hi, I'm having problems with my 4G connection which started yesterday meaning I can't connect to the internet, social media, use Googlemaps etc. unless I have wifi. I've turned the i-pad on and off a few times now, switched Airplane mode on and off and also Reset Network Settings as per other posts here. None have worked. Any other ideas/options (and yes my bill is all paid up.)

Welcome to the community,

 

Are you not getting any signal at all with your sim card? Have you taken it out given it a wipe and put it back in to see if that solves the problem?

 

It could be that you need a replacement SIM card, which you can do online or by going into an EE store:

Thanks Shockwave - have done the Sim Card too.

Looks like I'd better order a new one then.
