Hi, I'm having problems with my 4G connection which started yesterday meaning I can't connect to the internet, social media, use Googlemaps etc. unless I have wifi. I've turned the i-pad on and off a few times now, switched Airplane mode on and off and also Reset Network Settings as per other posts here. None have worked. Any other ideas/options (and yes my bill is all paid up.)

Are you not getting any signal at all with your sim card? Have you taken it out given it a wipe and put it back in to see if that solves the problem?
