My 4G still works but no longer supports Facebook, Instagram, FB messenger or to an extent WhatsApp. I was told last week this was a known fault and would be fixed within 3 days but still no joy. I can't send messages on messenger or pictures on what's app......feel like I'm paying for a service that is not being delivered. When will this be fixed?

@loulou80 Log into your Online EE account and change content lock from strict to off and restart the device then change your content lock back to off.

@loulou80 : Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF

If you have the My EE app ? you should be able to "DEACTIVATE" your content lock settings from there as well!
