4G mobile network fault



Upgraded my contract and handset 2 weeks ago, now using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.


Everything was fine up until early this morning when I left the house and noticed that 4G doesn't work. I have 4.5gig left from my 5 gig allowance. Everything is fine in terms of settings regarding my 4G being on and not limited.


Checked out a couple of quick remedies on the internet but nothing seems to be doing the trick. Any help would be great. Cheers.

Hi @MattHayes93 and welcome to the Community.


There was a data issue affecting some customers' internet access earlier today.


This is now resolved for the majority of customers, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.


If you are still experiencing issues, please do turn your phone off and back on as this has helped some customers.
