I recently ended my 2 year contract and have changed to sim only using the same SIM card. Since then I haven't been able to connect to 4G. Is there any reason for this? I'm on a 4GEE plan so there's no issues there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you consulted the Coverage checker ?

Do you previously get 4G with your old plan?
If so, it sounds like it may be an account provisioning issue, which customer service should be able to sort out for you.
