Hi there, I'm not getting an awnser from the BT Community so I'll ask here.
We are with BT Mobile and are looking to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S9 on BT Mobile. When i put my BT sim in my unlocked galaxy s7 I get 4G+
We have BT Plus so we get the fastest 4G speed and we live in an area with 4G+ (carrier aggregation)
My question is, do BT disbale the 4G+ logo like EE do on there phones?
If they do is there a way to re-enable it?

EE doesnt disable the 4G+ symbol see picture below mine is showing.
But if BT are blocking that symbol then there is no way for you to disable it.
But this is EE so you need to persist with BT for an answer. They may be the same company but they run separately.
What device do you have?
I didnt get mine from EE no but even so if they are blocking it you cant disable it.
But you need to go back to BT and speak with them.
