the past week or 2 i havent been able to use any mobile data, ive checked my account and it says i still have 5GB left. Ive tried resetting network settings multiple times yet my data still wont work and i need it for travelling south next weekend can anyone help ?

If you go to settings - mobile data - is the mobile data toggle on green?
If you scroll down the same page are all the apps that you want to use toggled green?
We may need to get you through to customer services if this is all green, may I know if you are using an EE personal or business account?
