3GB + 10GB free not working

Hi! I have purchased the sim card at heathrow airport and said to have additional 10GB free data. I have used up the first 3GB data but EE did not renew the new additional free 10GB data. I have tried to text BALANCE and LHR10 too. The text msg say below

“Your current balance as of today 22:25 is £0.00. You have 500 texts, unlimited texts, unlimited minutes and 249 minutes remaining until 19/08/2019 for your £15 International Pack. Your unlimited texts and minutes are to EE numbers only. Your last top up was £15.00 on 07/06/2019 at 22:39.

“Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer. Please check you have an active Pay As You Go pack and have called, text or used data during the lifetime of your pack.”

 

I paid more than 30 pound for this but he confirmed that i do not need to top up another 15 pound to activate this. Please kindly assist me on this as i am still in Europe trip. I need the data.
