10gb sim pay as you go not working

I bought a 10gb sim pay as you go and it's not working. Tried to phone or browse the internet nothing work. In my ee account I see that:

Yes i have a signal and the ee in the left coner

@Voyageur5  Do you have a signal showing on your  device?   

 

And can I just say you don’t have 10GB on a £10 Data pack,  you have 1GB of data 100 mins for calls and 1000 text messages and this last due 30 days.
