10gb package lhr10 doesn’t work

Hi

I have the same problem now. I bought the sim card at Stansted Airport vending machine and I cannot get 10gb data by texting lhr10.

Can you please help?

Hi I got the same problem I bought the simcard to use the 10gb data but lhr10 is not working and I'm stuck is there any solution or any way to get 10GB data

Please take a look here for the answer

 

Once you have used up the initial 500MB data allowance, your 10GB allowance should be activated automatically.

 

If it isn't, just let us know and we'll make sure it's added for you.

I don’t see any add on activated, actually the page shows the following
message
“You've got some data to get you started.
Your pack will start when that data runs out.”

Also that I have 10 pound credit and a lot of options

Hi, I am in London till May 23 and bought a 500mb and 150min sim with free 10gb data at Heathrow airport. When trying to activate the 10gb with the code LHR10 to 150 I receive the message ”Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer. Please check you have an active Pay As You Go pack and have called, text or used data during the lifetime of your pack.". I have tried activating top up card as well but no luck.

I am having this same issue, lhr10 not working, keeps saying it is 'unavailable' for me but that's not what it says on the package I bought...

Hey, it says I have 29mb left of 50 mb... I thought the SIM was supposed to have 500mb to start with... I definitely don't see the extra 10 gb
