10gb data

I bought the sim from the airport saying that I have 3GB and then an additonal 10gb after that. I Have used the entire pacakage of 3GB and my 10 isn’t being activated by sending LHR10

This exact thing is happening to too many people - causing them stress and wasting their time. Why doesn't EE just sell the damn SIM card as a 13 Gb SIM card?!

Have you used your 300MB of data now?

 

If not, your 10GB will applied automatically within 24 hours.

I have waited 10GB you told me all day. But i can't use data. I can't do anything. EE makes my travel awful. Please as soon as possible apply my 10GB.
