Hi, having difficulty logging into EE perks account tried to sign up but says I have already got an account but not receiving password reset emails to any of my email addresses or spam folders attempted 2 calls to 150 but support number keeps hanging up/ ending the call.

i have a contract expediting next month and trying to renew for sim unit but would like the NHS 20% to be applied and the sales team unable to do this for me I have to log in to EE PERKS account.
