Anyone else being having issues with small business EE Broadband hub since Friday afternoon.

I was told there was an issue which was being worked on and a firmware update for the hub being deployed

Called back today for an update as no notification or proactive updates from EE and their support team only work Monday to Friday!

Smart Hub-6 Plus

I was told there were wide spread issues which were being resolved and to await an email but cant believe there has been no proactive communication from EE small business to update anyone
