&lt;P&gt;If you do have a business account, the chat option would usually appear on the &lt;A href="https://business.ee.co.uk/help/contact-us/get-in-touch/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact EE Business&lt;/A&gt; page under the help button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For personal pay monthly contract customer, it would be available in the EE app. If you aren't seeing this, try to uninstall and reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody know why the “Message Us” option on the App isn’t working. It gives a white screen with the word “Blocked” in the left hand corner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
