store issue i think?

I went to go and add both the airpod max and a macbook to my existing contract but when i got the final part of purchasing it said what “ Customer doesn't have enough remaining monthly charge” I’m not too sure what this means and i’ve asked the AI assistant but it literally won’t get past two messages lmao. any help?

I think it must be some sort of credit limit.

With the wording you're seeing online, I also think this could be your remaining credit limit, as @XRaySpeX has mentioned above. And as @Chris_B has highlighted, you'd need to be within the first 17 months of your contract.

If you head to our Accessory Offers page and scroll to the bottom, you'll find the "The legal bit" section, which gives you an overview of how things work.
