I got the Xbox series x bundle on Sunday with my business account which was a pain to get in the first place but now they can’t give me the codes because of my business account something like this wouldn’t normally bother me but am paying for it does anyone have an idea of what I should do

Welcome to the community.

When you say that they can't give you the Xbox Game Pass codes, was that after speaking to our guides over the phone?

Have you tried to verify the subscription on the EE website?
