Extra charge on bill

I noticed my monthly bill has an "Extra charges - Charges on every month for services outside of your plan" on it for £16.97 but no further information. I haven't used any other or extra services outside of the norm and my cap is set to £0. So what am I being charged for?

When you tap on "See more details on these charges" does it give you a break down and show you what your extra charges are for?
