    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone actually managed to link their phone number to the App so that they can download invoices digitally ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve been a customer since December and have spent hours on the phone to India and nothing ever gets sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have finally just today had a phone call from a British call centre who admitted that the App is broken, has been for month and there’s no immediate fix so the only option I have is to get paper bills sent every month or to ping over an email and actually ask for a bill to be sent. It’s quite comical actually. Oh yes, I have the phone call explaining this saved as proof.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;All calls to EE are in the UK, none are in India, just to let you know.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It appears that new customers are the ones having problems, as I have been a customer for almost 30 years and have no problem with the app. Sorry you and others are having this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s been going on for a long time. I’ve been told that it’s been happening for over a year by one Lady in the technical team which rings true with many of the EE Business Trustpilot reviews.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;incidentally, I wish I would have read the reviews before becoming a customer. If I was told that EE were happy to have me as a customer but it would take in excess of six month and the development of a new App which could be many further months down the line, I would never have agreed to becoming a customer. The very basic service of any business customer cannot be met. It’s beyond ridiculous. EE aren’t even a company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit: I just checked- many customers have been having the same issues as far back as 2023 so this is certainly not just happening to new customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I have made a complaint and will continue to be vocal about these issues if it helps others make the right decision when selecting a provider for their business.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what’s that you say, you need a monthly bill to put through your books?! Sadly this isn’t possible with an EE business account. I’m sat here with a big grin on my face with how funny that sounds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry if this is going to take time to get resolved and the team will be working on a fix for the EE app problems you're facing. Once the team have an update for you they will be in touch to let you know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The community team have no account access and the correct process would be to contact us for any account related issues, if anyone is facing a problem accessing the app and have tried everything suggested.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leanne&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no fix I’m afraid and I have been told a new App is being worked on which as I’m sure you know isn’t something that happens quickly. Considering I have been an EE customer since December, many people have had issue far longer than myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently the workaround is me emailing someone from EE and saying ‘Please can I have my Bill’ every single month so I can add it as part of my monthly bookkeeping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this stage my only aim is to document this in the hope that I save at least one person from being sucked into the hassle of an account which I hope I have done by posting here and adding to the list of Trustpilot reviews.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This issue has now been fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the issue began in December 2024 and was resolved on 11th June 2025&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;throughout that time I was unable to download my monthly bills in any way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted EE 50+ times either via phone call or email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s unlikely I will renew my business contract with EE after the term ends and I have already taken out another 20+ business contracts with Vodafone instead after the initial billing issues with EE. Vodafone were able to provide me with monthly statements which was the only reason I went ahead. The business contracts manager at Vodafone actually laughed when I asked if he could guarantee I would be able to download my monthly bills because with EE business I wasn’t able to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
