@griot , if you are a customer then there are no VAT invoices, but if you are a business customer, then you should see them in your billing. Either way, you will have to speak to customer service as we have no account access and do not know who you are, this is a public forum, not customer service.

If you're a Business customer then you'll be able to find your VAT invoices in your online account or EE app.
