      <title>What happened to EE Support?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a Small Business customer for years now and didn't have the intention to leave yet. I just got off a chat with a pre-sales person about upgrading but he or she (didn't give a name which is odd too) just stopped responding. I noticed a decline in customer focussed support before, but this has made me decide to switch to another provider. I'll wait today for a response... otherwise I leave.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And the response I did get before the agent stopped responding was: "If it's on our website then that's it I'm afraid". So no beating the price.
