Does anyone know why EE have decided to charge me 2 prices for data roaming when I only opted in for the £10.79 month pass! Additional £9 has been added to my latest bill

Are those 2 charges in diff billing months? The Roam Abroad Pass costs £25 per billing month. If you have it bridging 2 billing months you will be charged in each. Perhaps as you are on a business contract, you are seeing the charges as ex-VAT. Maybe if you add them up & then add VAT at 20% they add up to £25?

Hi @Shaneparsonage

Welcome to the EE Community.

Are you on a business plan? We have a Roam Abroad add-on for £10.79/m. This is a recurring add on, so once you add it you'll be billed every month until you cancel it. You can find out more at Business Roaming.

Which dates do the two charges cover on the bill?
If it covers almost 2 months it would explain the £9 prorated amount for previous month and £10.79 full upcoming month.

Ali

Yes believe I’m on the business plan and opted in for the £10.79 pass beginning of September around the 4th and cancelled it yesterday so dunno where the £9 extra charge has come from! Both charges have come out on my September bill

No so only used the pass for September and cancelled yesterday so I should be charged only £10.79 trying to work out where the £9 charge has come from as done this in May for a trip to France and had no issues! Was rightly charged for the month roaming pass at £10.79

Usually "What's changed since your last invoice" and "Monthly charges".

If so the headings should have a date beside them to show the period they cover.

Ali
