How have I been put on a business tariff when I am not a business

What's the name of the plan you're on now?

Can you post a screenshot of your latest bill showing this - with personal details redacted?

The plan was ee essential but I do not own a business

Turns out the company I purchased the phone and tariff from buy in bulk and sell them on but it’s kept as a business tariff apparently in the small print because we all read that

There are two different plan names.

"Essentials" is a consumer plan, and no re-seller can dictate otherwise

"Business Essentials" is a business plan, which I thought was now legacy - may not be the case.

I appreciate what you are saying and thought the same and thank you for the reply but they were adamant that in the contract small print it was explained that it would be a business contract and that was legally binding
