I have a business account and would like to know as to how can i get a VAT invoice for my monthly payments.

If you are a business account, your invoices should have all of the required VAT information on already.

Where on the bills is the VAT information please? It was itemised until February 2023.

@Gunjan22 If you’re using a personal account for business purposes then unfortunately you’ll have to change over to a business account. All personal accounts are inclusive of VAT. On a business account this is listed separately. Obviously to have a business account you need to be VAT registered in order to use a business account

Thanks for visiting the EE Community 🙂

If you have your EEID online account setup for your EE business account, you can download previous invoices via the Bills and Payments section in the app or on the website.

If you are having issues, if you reach out to our business team on 150 from an EE Mobile they will be able to help you get the invoices you need.

I need to access invoices for accounting purposes - Am I correct in thinking I can no longer do this without setting up a Business account?

Hi @DAWNFOXALL.

Bills can be found in your EE account online, if you need your bills for tax purposes then I would recommend giving us a call to discuss this with our customer care team.

If you log into your EE account online and view Bills and Payments, you should have the option to download and print the bill 🙂

I'm trying to download bills. I have clicked on view bills and payments but there's no option to download the bill.

I have two invoices I need to print off how else can I get them please?

What device are you using to try and access your bills? Could you try using a different one, or a different browser if you're using a PC/laptop.

Hey there @Moira24, welcome to the EE Community 😊

Have you tried logging into your EE account via our website, or the dedicated EE app?

Here you should be able to view your bills / invoices, and download these in PDF form too.
