Upgrade two personal plans to a business account

Bit of help would be appreciated

I currently have a tablet with sim contract and also have a sim only contract for my phone but I've opened a business and I want to upgrade my account to a business account. I don't use the sim In the tablet at all it's always WiFi. Both contracts are only half way through is it possible to combine both and upgrade to a business contract and also add a new phone device only I don't need another sim .
