    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Katie&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes I have a sim and contract currently . I’ll be in Singapore for a while and I need to move to aim only to reduce the bill. I have an e sim with a different mobile company in Singapore for my Singapore number . As I get no data in Singapore with my contract I need to reduce it as It’s costing me £79 just to keep my number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told when I was in the Uk in sept that I can move to sim only … but obviously when I go to do this on the phone it tells me I need to show ID I. The Uk which I cannot. The sim would be delivered to my mother in law so she can post to me ..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are u saying I could get the upgrade on e sim ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I won’t be back to the Uk for a while so I have to do this in Singapore&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paying £80 a month for almost nothing is pointless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can do so from my phone but the sim will be delivered to my Uk address… it says I need ID to receive it but I will not be there and neither will my ID be! EE is really causing me some grief whilst abroad …&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do u know if I can have delivered without such ID as I’m currently in Singapore&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have your current contract SIM with you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Upgrades do not require a new SIM, however, we do recommend being in the UK when making any changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you need a new SIM sent this will be sent out in the post via Royal Mail.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It should be OK with your current EE SIM as this is just a plan change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need to get a SIM delivered it will go to the address on your billing account and no ID would be required as this goes through Royal Mail post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is my second question on the same subject&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I’ve upgraded to sim only but I’m overseas and they want to do a security check over the phone , I’m in Singapore so obviously miss their calls as it’s the middle of the night&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can I do ! The sim will be posted to my Uk address but I won’t be back there for a long time so my mother in law planned on sending me anything that arrived&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am keeping my number I just run another sim for my Singapore number . Needed to get my monthly down as was paying £80 a month for data etc I could no longer use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;was told on here that was fine etc I just don’t know what to do about so called security ID checks . Is there an email address I could use to contact them ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I placed an order to upgrade to sim only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve still not received anything on email or post&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m over seas and will be for the foreseeable with a hefty time difference , I believe they said they would call but I’ve had nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my bills are still huge and I’m desperate to get them down to the sim only rate of the upgrade&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve got an e sim for my abroad data so I literally pay £85 a month with EE just to keep my number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s killing me !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how long a sim would take to be delivered ( it’s going to my Uk address and someone will forward it or read me the code what ever the pack contains ) also I was hoping I wouldn’t need a physical sim ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I keep missing customer service open times&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The address on my account is Uk so it’s going there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m due an upgrade and was able to move to sun only from November 15&lt;BR /&gt;As asked in store in the uk in sept&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe the order was around a week ago although I can’t seem to find an order number I’ve had a text saying congrats on your sim only upgrade&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my iPhone</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may well find that if you resubmit the request to "upgrade" via your myEE - which amounts to a priceplan change - that it would leapfrog the existing request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
