Can I take my EE phone abroad,

one of our users has gone abroad to the USA and is reporting there phone isn't working. there number is ***********. I assume international roaming is not allowed which is fine but please can you confirm that?

Sorry we have no access to the account on the community.

To check if roaming can be set up, the account holder will need to get in touch with our business care team to get this looked into.

Roaming is usually allowed but the user would've needed to have activated it before leaving UK if on contract.
