Hello @Johnocomp ,

Welcome to the community,

Bills go up once a year, as has been mentioned so many times, it is to do with CPI, which you should know when you signed the contract, it is going up by 14.4%. This has been mentioned by Martin Lewis, some are networks are putting it up by 17% this year.

If you cannot log-in, I would speak to customer service. Not sure why you say it goes up every month, you would need to look at the breakdown of your bill, if you cannot access it via the app or by logging in online via the website, then speak to customer service.

Has anyone else noticed their bill going up month on month, and whenever I try and login to see my bill in the app, I get a message saying something like “not your fault, it’s ours, please try again later”. Be interested to know if it’s just me or a wider issue.
