      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm trying to change my number from an EE business account to EE pay as you go SIM I have. How do I do this please as the usual PAC code transfer service doesn't recognise my PAC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, OK. A PAC is for porting nos. between networks, not within the same network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just call CS &amp;amp; give 30 days notice to cancel your contact &amp;amp; request it be moved to PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
