2 days ago I made a contract for phone devices for my business!

and guess what?

after they gived the products to the dpd they canceled it because they said It s a fraud!

I explained to them it s not I am the business owner everything is clear but that lady was very rude,was shouting at me ,she just hanged up they also did not gived me any reason why fraud team ask them back from the courier!! This is not normal guys!

maybe they needed some more information to see if I the director of the company did it!

but they just don t care!

I m thinking also sue the company because I paid upfront and also I signed an agreement between me and EE

@Mihai69 If EE are not happy to process that order they have the right to cancel it. Your request to have these products it’s just a request there is no agreement yet as you don’t have the devices. EE will refund you back within 7-10 working days.
