Is it possible to request a new number with Customer service team?

@TuttoCuore Yes it’s possible but you might be charged for it. If I remember it’s £35 but it depends on why you want to change it.

Many thanks for your response Chris.

Mainly harassing calls at different times even though I've blocked the numbers on numerous apps, like WhatsApp, Messenger, I'm still getting messages that this & the other are attempting to reach me.

Yes, you can keep the same plan when you change your number.

You'd be keeping the same account and the price would stay the same.
