How do I name devices on my EE business account

I have several devices on my EE business account, used by different users in the company. It looks like I should be able to name each device or add a user name to each device so that the name shows on Manage Devices when logged into the My EE Account website and on Invoices, together with the device mobile number, but I can't see how you do it. If this is possible it would be so much better than looking at a list of mobile numbers that I then have to manually cross reference to find out which one is used by each member of staff. Can anyone help?

No, that facility is not available in your online MyEE. However in your MyEE app they will take their names from your phone's Contacts if you have entered them there.

Well I for one wish it would be so just like the original enquirer.

The other annoying thing is that you scroll all the way to the bottom of the bill to download a copy. Please move the link to the top of the account.

I would also like to put a name next to each number so i can easily access each person quickly.

Are you on a business contract? Have you allowed access to your contacts within your My EE app?

This assumes that you are administering an account via your phone. Not a good idea for a corporate administrator who may leave the company and then what happens? Far better to enable updating contact names on the website for control purposes for us corporate administrators using PCs as their main workhorse.
