Hello, I have lost my EE SIM card and I need a replacement SIM with my existing phone number.

I am currently abroad in Kurdistan, but someone will be at my home address in St Albans to receive the delivery.

Could you please arrange a replacement SIM and send it by next-day delivery if possible?

I would be very grateful if you could confirm whether delivery tomorrow is possible.

If the card is being forwarded on to you make sure someone inserts in a phone in the UK first and activates it, you probably can’t do that from abroad.

@Colstalex is right on the money about making sure this is used on our network first, too.

Roaming features will only work after the SIM has been activated here in the UK.
