I have a ee sim I had a new phone yesterday I put my sim into it it’s just saying no service I Carnt make or receive calls or messages I need it sorting out asap

Was your SIM working in your old phone and does it still work if you move it back to your new phone now?

It worked in my old phone I put in my new one then it wouldn’t work so I
tried putting it bk in my old one and it still wouldn’t work so I brought a
new SIM card and tha works

@Brownhillc18 , did you buy a replacement SIM card as you would have otherwise have a new number rather than the same number if it was not a replacement SIM card?
