eSIM not allowing calls or texts

last night i purchased an eSIM from EE in hopes of making a call. Once i purchased and placed the eSIM in my device i was given 5g and a full connection. When I tried to make a mobile phone call the connection instantly loses and the call fails with it then reappearing afterwards.

Are you in UK?

Have you topped-up its credit?

Yes I’m in the uk and yes the credit is topped up from what I know.

If you try sending us a free text with AL to 150, does it come back confirming you have a credit balance or pack allowance?

Also if you check your phone's connection settings, does this show the EE eSIM connection?
