2 days no fone access waiting on sim porting number

2 days no fone access waiting on sim porting number

called yesterday as sim not activated after 2 days in fone

when ordering i gave puk number to port keep existing number

SIM NO PROVISION

previous supplier HONEST has closed my sim so cant call EE from old sim anymore.

help by email on file be great from ee tech support

Is your EE SIM active with your temporary number at the moment?

no the temp sim number gone aswell which is why i said i have no working sim.
ive had fone off , tryed restart still nothing.ive tryed sim manager reset.
could i be sent in email a temp esim to activate so can make call out to customer service get resolved.

Hi @mart021

You need to call EE. You aren't going to be sent a temporary eSIM just by posting here, you need to call EE and pass security and raise an issue with the port.

how can i call ee if no working fone sim
my previous supplier already closed that sim to port my number.

Whilst I appreciate your dilemma @mart021 you need to find a way to call. Can you borrow someone else's phone to call EE?

the app dont work not allowing sign in the web sign in diverts you to app its a cycle
so no futher forward in sorting issue

EE have no email contact for CS. And there's no access to individual accounts here.

Repeating your "woe is me" comments won't change that.

I strongly recommend, in no particular order.... find a friend or relative whose phone you can borrow to call EE-CS, visit an EE shop and resolve this issue face-to-face... or keep posting on here saying "I can't" and keep being told "you need to"

RESOLUTION

went into local STIRLING store spoke to them an while there customer service who adviced store to swap out sim for new and transfer number an account to it.

thank you STIRLING store for resolving issue
