    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can either log in to your EE app through his phone and download an esim or visit an EE store with photo ID to pick up a physical sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The faster way is through the app. Go to manage at the bottom, select check settings and you will see an option for sim/esim, which will then give you the option to replace.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My teenage son has broken his phone so I have given him my old Iphone 14 Pro. (He previously had 14 Pro Max). He has set it up using his Icloud saved data, but the esim is still attached to his broken phone. He needs the esim sending to his replacement handset but when I ‘chat’ to EE help it doesnt understand! what I am trying to do. He doesnt have his own EE account (due to his age) he is an additional on my account…&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
