If it will not save, reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

On Android: You can update your own contact card in your phone's Contacts app under the "My Profile" or "Me" entry. Alternatively, give customer service a call on 150 from your device, where a guide will be able to send a SIM/Network update to your phone which will correct number stored SIM number.

Ali

Hi I have recently moved over from o2 to ee and had my number ported over, I can make and recieve calls but unable to send RCS text messages, the cause seems to be due to my phone number not updating in my esim ( still showing zeros) what can I do to get this resolved. Thanks in advanced
