So I recently got a SIM from EE, I have a friend's and family discount that hasn't been applied and my number not ported over, from 02. It was also a 30 day SIM I took out but I'm looking at 24 months on my contract I'm very confused and disappointed. I'm currently in Japan so I can call them does anyone else know the best way around this. Thank you for your help

Welcome to the Community, @Tasha731

Please don't share it on this public thread, but when you placed your order you should have received a confirmation email listing the package you chose, including any discounts.

Alongside this will be an order reference number starting with XK, if you give this to our team like @Chris_B mentioned, they'll be able to double check all the details match at our end, too.

It'd definitely be best to give us a call once you're back in the UK, but if you have any more questions in the meantime we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
