I cannot sign back into my phone and I think this may be because the UK sim is the active one. I think this is the first time as usually the Irish one is active. I have used my password from the app to log back in to my mobile but it will not accept it. Does anyone know what to do? I have a Samsung A34.

I should have said that EE is the UK sim and GoMo is the Irish sim.

Thank you. That's correct. But for some reason, the code which I've been using for years is not being accepted. I thought it was because of the sim card but obviously not. Is there another reason? So annoying.

Welcome to the EE Community, @Sarah2901

As @Chris_B has mentioned here, changing network SIM should have absolutely no bearing on the details you use to unlock your phone.

This is completely internal to the handset settings and not something a network provider has any influence on.

Could it instead be that it's specifically asking for something called a PUK code, which also has a SIM PIN associated with it?

You can find more details on this, along with how to locate this code, here: Unblock Your Phone with a PUK code | Mobile Help | EE

Perhaps post a screenshot of the error message/prompt you're getting.

Or at least provide the exact text you're presented with when you "cannot sign back in" to your phone?
