topic New phone contract in SIM cards & Porting

Joined EE last Saturday and we got a text to say our phones had now successfully transferred over on Wednesday. Since then me and my partners phones aren’t allowing us to text anyone other than on iMessage. We have tried everything to fix the problem and it isn’t working and getting a little frustrated now as paying for something that isn’t even letting us do the basics. Why is this happening and how can we resolve it? Or it will be a quick up and leave if the service isn’t rectified.
