@BasilS2025, where did you get the SIM card from and how long have you had it?

Have you tried rebooting your device?

Has the SIM card worked before? You may need to take the SIM card out, give it a wipe and try again.

If it is a new SIM card, have you actually activated it?

I take it you are in the UK and have used it? If abroad and not activated it, you will not be able to use it until you return to the UK.
